I don’t even have enough words to express how grateful we are to Paul for helping us find our dream home during such a stressful time (Covid, pregnancy, etc.). Paul was extremely patient with us and really listened to all of our “must haves” while showing us homes and extremely knowledgeable in the industry. He always answered our calls within the first few rings, and our texts super fast. The responsiveness Paul had with us is what made us trust him thoroughly. When it came to negotiating and closing Paul really was the reason we were able to get the home we fell in love with. When I first decided to buy a place in JC over 10 years ago, Paul was my agent. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market, patient and provided great advice. I’ve since had Paul as my agent for 2 additional purchases and I wouldn’t think of using anyone else!!! I’ve also recommended him to several friends who have used him as their agent, with great results. I sometimes nosily pop into open houses in my area :) and when I mention that Paul is my agent, it is clear that he also has the respect of his fellow real estate agents.

It is our pleasure to recommend Paul as a great real estate agent.

We have just used Paul as our rental agent for the second time in October. As before, Paul again went above and beyond to find us great tenants for our condo. He advised us on where the market was, where to set the price, when to adjust the price, etc. He was data driven, and very knowledgeable about the market. As a result, we got our next tenants within our expected time period. What's more, he took care of all the other tasks in preparation for a rental such as hiring cleaners and painters to prep the apartment, managing payments for them, handling the walkthroughs with previous and new tenants, etc.

We will use him again in the future. We highly recommend Paul Bryant as a highly professional, knowledgeable, effective agent.
